LOCTITE HY 4090- Multi-substrate Component Bonding

LOCTITE HY 4090 ist ein altweißer bis hellgelber
2K-Hybridklebstoff, hochviskos/tropffrei, für
Strukturklebungen. Er erzielt hohe Feuchtigkeits- und
Vibrationsbeständigkeit.

LOCTITE® HY 4090 ist ein hochviskoser, altweißer bis
hellgelber, gelförmiger Klebstoff. Er erschließt völlig neue
Anwendungsgebiete für Strukturklebungen – zum allerersten
Mal werden hier die Eigenschaften von Sofortklebstoffen mit
denen von Epoxiden kombiniert und damit weitere
bemerkenswerte Vorteile erzielt. Erreicht in 90 - 180
Sekunden Handfestigkeit und eignet sich für Spaltgrößen bis
5 mm. Beständig gegen Vibrationen, Schlag- und
Stoßbelastungen. Die besten Ergebnisse werden bei
Verarbeitung mit dem LOCTITE® 50 ml Statikmischer (IDH
1826921), LOCTITE® 400 ml Statikmischer (IDH 1573135) oder
der Dosierpistole LOCTITE® 96001 (IDH 267452) oder LOCTITE®
983439 (IDH 218311) erzielt.

LOCTITE HY 4090 is an off-white to light yellow, high
viscosity, 2-part hybrid, universal structural bonder with
high humidity and vibration resistance.

more striking benefits. Fixture time of 90 - 180 seconds and
suitable for gaps up to 5 mm. Resistant to vibration, shock
loads and impacts with the ability to bond dissimilar
substrates. Best application results are achieved with

LOCTITE® 400 ml Adhesive Mixing Nozzle (item 1573135),
LOCTITE® 96001 (item 267452) or LOCTITE® 983439 (item
